I wanted a trim, and that is exactly what I got. Ashley did such a super job!She left all my length, but shaped it so I now have gorgeous hair. Love it!!

Stood around for 25 minutes past my appointment time until someone finally came to get me. No apology. Stylist was not competent and seemed very nervous. Spent too much money for poor customer service and inadequate skills.

I understand the price increases over time. But I wish with that time my stylist could remember my name without referring to a client sheet, or begin an appointment on time. However I continue to return because the stylists have talent.
