Outrageous charges by Billy T via Insider Pages on 7/22/2010

Work is OK but charges are WAAAAY too high.\r \r 2 men for 8 hours and (at most) $200 worth of PVC pipe and fittings and the bill was over $3,200! At that rate he charged me $187.50 per hour labor for each man.\r \r I left a couple of…
