Since Hurricane Ike, they've closed down permanently. The building has been converted to a private area for the local marina residents.

Try the Brunch outside on the deck. For about $20 you get an app, entree, desert, and all the champagne & mimosas you can drink. My daughter loved watching the boats drive by.
