Our desire at Twisted Spigot is to create a welcoming environment where friends gather to enjoy great craft beers and delicious meals. Both food and beer menus are designed to compliment each other, making for an enjoyable dining experience.
Twisted Spigot is a pub and eatery, whose design is to promote great craft beers and serve meals inspired by comfort foods, served with a little twist.
Twisted Spigot was inspired when its two founders, Richard and Maggie were driving down Main St. in a small town in New Mexico looking for a place to share a craft beer and a good meal. We envisioned a place where enjoying a craft beer with family and friends, comes as easy as a breath of fresh air.
Twisted Spigot is an upscale pub for the classy worker in all of us.
