Happie Bees Biltong

This isn't the beef jerky you know. This is the true story of a 17th century Dutch settler exploring a new home in the Southern-most lands of Africa. As the Afrikaner rides, he finds his way around the Cape of Good Hope where the Indian & Atlantic Oceans meet. The cape buffalo he hunts is cured between the fine leather of his saddle and the salty sweat of his horse. At camp the biltong is hung to dry in the cool, dry air for days while he rests.
