When first starting out in the cleaning industry we were exposed to different cleaning methods and ideas from others in the industry. After very careful observation and research we determined for ourselves what type of cleaning services we wanted to offer our clients. We wanted to provide valuable services and maintain the highest customer satisfaction possible. Our goal when starting out was to maintain satisfaction with all our clients and keep them returning on a regular basis. We did not want to be known as a company that was content to have you as a one-time customer.

Carpet Cleaning:

We use the hot water extraction method of cleaning, also known as steam cleaning, using truck-mounted equipment. Our carpet cleaning service begins with a carpet inspection that determines the carpet's condition, any spots that will need special treatment, fiber identification for proper pre-spray application, and to look for any possible repairs that may be needed. We then apply the proper pre-spray to all areas that will be cleaned. (using professional cleaning solutions only.) The pre-spray is agitated into the carpet in heavily solided areas. We extract the carpet using hot water and a neutral cleaning agent, unless the situation warrants otherwise. After the basic cleaning is completed a spot check and walk-through with the client is performed. Protector is applied, if requested, and then the carpet is groomed.
** Extra special care is taken when we clean your carpets by using corner guards to protect your walls, plastic or foam blocks put under your furniture, and fan placed for speed drying, in most cases.

Upholstery Cleaning:

We use the hot water extraction method of cleaning, also known as steam cleaning, using truck-mounted equipment. Our services begin with an inspection of the furniture to determine the fiber identification for the proper cleaning process. We will test for possible color bleeding, when necessary, at this time as well. we apply the proper professional pre-spray and agitate it. Special attention is given to the high use areas such as the head and arm rests. The extraction begins using a special upholstery cleaning tool that allows for an adjustable amount of moisture to be used. When the extraction is completed, a spot check is performed. Upon request protector is applied. A client inspection will be done as the final step.

Duct Cleaning:

This service begins by preparing the work area. vents are removed and a 2" hose inserted to remove all large debris. A rotary brush is sent down next to clean the inside of the duct by brushing the interior walls and loosening the more stubborn debris. It is vacuumed out simultaneously. An anti-microbial is available. vents are replaced upon completion. Dryer vents are also cleanable, using the same method.

Oriental And Area Rug Cleaning:

This service begins with an inspection and fiber identification. The strictest attention is paid to the possibility of the rugs colors "bleeding". The rug is then dry vacuumed on both sides. The proper professional pre-spray is applied and agitated in. Special attention is given to the fringe, both in pre-spraying and cleaning. Cleaning is done by using the truck -mounted hot water extraction method. protector is applied upon request. A client inspection is done as the last step.

Carpet Repair:

We offer minor carpet repair services such as carpet stretching, seam repairs, snag or unraveling repairs, small burn, or damage repairs. We also are able to do re-installation of carpet.

Spot And Stain Removal:

We offer specialized spot removal. In most cases we are able to remove, or make a noticeable improvement on spots such as rust, blood, mustard, ink, fingernail and shoe polish, paint, permanent marker, red dye, furniture dye, lipstick, wine, grape juice, tea, chocolate, grease and oilL, gum, wax, varnish, ketchup, crayons, urine, etc. Two of the major factors that contrIbute to our success, or failure, in removing spots and stains are the length of time the stain has been there and if it has been tampered with. Some attempts to remove stains without the proper chemicals, knowledge and training can actually "set" spots in and make them impossible to remove.
