We started with a question: Why couldn’t we get anyone’s attention? We were one of the fastest growing tech companies in our area—yet no one could hear our need to find space for our company. This made us upset and frustrated until we realized we were not the only ones experiencing silence. We then became thrilled and determined to create a more excellent way to facilitate commercial real estate transactions.

We believe in innovation and transparency. This belief has turned industries upside down, created new markets, and improved traditional processes. This core belief is now focused on commercial real estate. We want to increase the customer experience and expand the capabilities of brokers, not eliminate them. We believe we have made it better for tenants, brokers, property owners, developers, and investors. Our success is turning heads, and it’s fun.
