Poor customer service, misleading advertising. by MichMartinez via Citysearch on 9/28/2011

After spending one week and 3 phone calls trying to get a bid I was told they don't "really do" asphalt shingle roofs and I should go with another bidder. If this is accurate they should make this clear in their advertising and website.…
