Phase II Center for Women's Health is a gynecology center and facility that offers a wide range of women's health services to patients throughout Provo, Ogden, Park City, Logan, Cedar City, and St. George, UT. Located in Millcreek, UT, the office offers comprehensive treatments for overactive bladder with sacral nerve stimulation (SNS), uterine fibroid treatment with Acessa®, and endometrial ablation treatment with MinervaTM in a comfortable and modern facility. OB/GYN Dr. Graul and women's health nurse practitioner and doctor of nursing Angela Jones provide services that support a holistic experience that is positive for every patient.
