Tried to get a couple of items at the store, but the service there was awful. After getting someone's attention (this took a few minutes) it was if I was interrupting his day to try and give him my money to pay.

Very poor service. They said I would have to "check in" my laptop and keep it for a few days do diagnose a fan problem that another store could figure out in two minutes. I will not be buying from them again.
