They don't care about customers by SJ182 via Citysearch on 10/4/2011

Called in a order at 7:57 pm. Was told to pick it up in 20 minutes. We show up at 8:20 and proceeded to wait 10 minutes for them to make our food. Other customers waiting minutes in front of us for call in orders were offered free drinks.…

for those familiar with cafe rio, another local mexican food chain, costa vida is a rip off of cafe rio's originality. however, we benefit because its just as good, but cheaper and much less waiting. plus you get free refills on drinks.
