All of our tenant placement & interactions are compliant with all Fair Housing laws. We stay abreast of the latest developments in Fair Housing and consistently train our staff on compliance best practices. We aim to protect you from any legal liabilities associated with Fair Housing violations.

Property inspections
We regularly perform inspections on your property to ensure the tenants are taking care of it as they have committed per the lease agreement. In the event that this aspect of the lease agreement has been violated, we will notify the tenant and take appropriate steps to rectify the situation.

Property showings
Arranging property showings can be a major drain on your time and energy. We take care of showing your property to potential tenants so you don't have to show up at inconvenient times. We provide a polished, professional showing of your unit(s) and encourage qualified potential tenants to apply.
