Dispatchers will edit your logs to force you to make deliveries while out of hours, without checking your HOS to ensure you have legal time to finish the job. During your 34-hour reset, they'll put you on PC mode to work or get truck repairs done. If you refuse or question them, they'll cut your miles in retaliation. They'll short your miles to line the pockets of the boss, Travis. Dispatchers are rewarded for this. They'll set you up to fail, lying about missing documents to avoid paying you for the run. They don't pay detention or breakdown fees. Expect to spend your 10-hour break getting the truck repaired. Expect micromanaging from the broker, who often passes dispatch responsibilities to the driver and frequently assumes the driver is an owner-operator. If you quit, they'll steal your last paycheck, cancel direct deposit, and claim it as company withholdings, truck wash, or new hire fees. And, if you submit your 2-week notice while away from home, they'll tell you to empty the truck and then abandon you, even in remote areas like the mountains (I've spoken to former employees who experienced this). They'll claim you abandoned the truck and load, even if you returned it to a terminal with an empty trailer. Research this company thoroughly, as Indeed and other online reviews.
