ELIN Fitness Redefined® is a personal training company located in Alexandria, VA that brings personalized workouts to wherever you are. Whether it’s your home, local park, or the gym down the street, our team of elite personal trainers will come to you for training sessions. First, you’ll meet with your personal trainer to determine your current level of fitness. Your trainer will then create a custom workout schedule to help reach your goals. During your training sessions, you will be guided through a workout but and educated about exercise, form, and technique so that you get the most out of each session. ELIN Fitness Redefined® is also offering nutritional counseling, corporate wellness, supplemental advice, and online coaching service.
