Assisting clients with mental and physical disabilities at all stages of the Social Security disability process. Mr. Cervoni helps clients file the Initial Application for benefits, and handles the appeals. He communicates with their treating physicians to obtain medical evidence, and extensively reviews and submits relevant materials to the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) to achieve the best possible outcome. He advocates for his clients at in-person hearings before the ALJ, presenting both written evidence and oral testimony. It is important to note that we do not receive a fee, unless the client is approved for benefits.
