About Me
Hi my name is Roosevelt. I am a Master Trainer at Phoenix Fitness in Arlington VA. My fitness career started back in 2015 at Onelife Fitness Ballston where I taught personal training and group fitness classes (BodyPump and HIIT) for five years. I dedicated hours studying the different muscles of the body and earned certifications to perfect my craft throughout my time there. As a result, my clientele expanded to working with a wide range of individuals of different age groups and fitness levels. Meanwhile, in June of 2021, I launched the Body By Velt LLC to increase my outreach of clients that I work with through social media.
