I went to Top of The Stairs (TOTS) in the summertime when the bars are less crowded and it was a lot of fun. On Thursdays they have all you can eat ribs. If you're looking for a strong drink, the rail is pretty good and it's only $8.

Great for college students and those looking to have a good time. Food is ok. But its a good spot to just hang out and cut loose. The best time to go are those really beautiful nights and enjoy the balcony. \r \r You wont be disappointed.
