Bob's daughter, Betsy, took the helm in 2000 to guide the business into the 21st century. In 2010, Pat Readyhough merged his roofing business with Pond Roofing through a handshake agreement. Betsy and Pat worked together to craft a vision for the future, which ultimately led to Pat assuming ownership two years later.
