Josue Garcia of Garvera Custom Renovations was meticulous at resurfacing our enormous 30+ yr old deck with handsome Trex material and Wolf railings despite the irregularities of its ancient subframe. The result was a gorgeous, secure and low maintenance outdoor living space. His bid was not the lowest but still represented an excellent value because he was careful not to order more materials than needed after precise measurements and because he incorporated and expertly executed all of the premium features that higher price contractors prescribed. His team worked full days during fair weather to take the job from start to finish, were courteous, and cleaned-up every last piece of scrap. We especially appreciated Josue's superior design and problem solving skills. Often he would say "let me think about that over night," and then come up with a brilliant idea to skirt the massive deck with horizontal Azek slats painted to match our siding rather than uninspired and flimsy lattice offered by most contractors. We were also impressed with his state of the art equipment that lead to exquisite finishing and broad spectrum of skills to tackle various other handiman projects. Garvera does it all with excellence and style that would make any homeowner proud. How blessed we were to to get our large project tackled while it was still summer by a highly capable team that worked steadily on even the warmest of days.
