Acuity Management Solutions

In 1996 partners of a Virginia-based law firm, as national coordinating counsel for several Fortune 500 entities, founded TrialNet, Incorporated (now Acuity Management Solutions) to better coordinate field counsel in mass tort litigation. The partners believed Internet technology would provide the means for achieving greater efficiency and effectiveness. The vision was to create secure networks through which clients and its outside counsel could share information.

We began our venture as a collaborative network and soon thereafter progressed into matter management and electronic billing as we saw the growing need of our clients to manage their case information more efficiently, and control their outside counsel legal costs.

In 2008, Acuity Management added its VendorConnect program wherein it assists clients with controlling other ancillary costs inherent in law firm billings; such as court reporting, photocopying and document retrieval. This service is truly the next evolution for the Electronic Billing process.
