Abbey L. Rouleau, NP, Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner

I'm a board-certified nurse practitioner and Advanced Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (ACHPN) dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for patients with serious or chronic illnesses. I graduated from the University of Vermont's BSN program in 2010 and earned my Master's degree in Adult-Gerontology nurse practitioner studies in 2019. With 15 years of nursing experience in rehabilitation, long-term care, memory care, acute care and oncology, I found my calling in palliative care.  I find meaning in empowering patients and families to navigate complex illnesses with compassion and dignity. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality of time with my husband and three young children — going on family adventures.
