The repairman was very nice, observed my furnace as it turned off and on, explained the filter system, etc. My only shock was how much I was charged for this visit. I thought it was excessive.

The technician was here exactly on time and serviced the heat pump. He was careful to remove his shoes and did a little owner training on the thermostat capabilities. Good job.

I have always found them to be prompt, helpful, professional and very capable of taking care of all my needs and requests. They installed a new heating/air conditioning system in my home and it has truly been a blessing.
