An initial session includes a consultation, acupuncture treatment, and additional modalities such as cupping, gua sha, electrical stimulation therapy, moxibustion, or heat therapy, tailored to your needs. You’ll also receive personalized herbal and supplement recommendations.
Follow-up Acupuncture Treatment
A follow-up session includes an acupuncture treatment and additional modalities such as cupping, gua sha, electrical stimulation therapy, moxibustion, or heat therapy, tailored to your needs. You’ll also receive updated herbal and supplement recommendations based on your progress.
Initial Health Coaching Consultation
The comprehensive health assessment includes an in-depth review of your medical history and a discussion of current medications, dietary supplements, and lifestyle habits. Traditional diagnostic methods such as tongue and facial diagnosis provide insights into your overall health. Functional medicine testing may be ordered to understand your condition better, with lab results reviewed during a follow-up consultation. You'll receive a personalized treatment plan that encompasses nutrition recommendations, herbal prescriptions, exercise suggestions, and mental-emotional health support, ensuring a holistic approach to achieving your wellness goals.
Initial Herbal Consultation
During the initial herbal consultation, you will undergo a comprehensive medical history and health interview. We will discuss your current medications, dietary supplements, nutrition, and lifestyle habits, along with a tongue diagnosis.
Herbs can be administered in various forms, including raw, granules, pills, syrups, herbal extracts, salves, liniments, and topical plasters. Please note that the cost of herbs is not included in the consultation fee.
