Very Professional and Reliable Plumber by CD on 8/14/2025 We contacted four plumbers in our area to fix our leaking "old" jacuzzi bath faucet and handles and the couple that did call back did not want to even think about tackling it. In fact, we were told by them that it couldn't be fixed as it was too old. Jarad at Reliable Plumbing called back to discuss our problem and Katelynn worked with our and Jarad's schedules to make an appointment to assess the situation. Jarad was very truthful about what we were facing and discussed with us several options/alternatives to resolve the problem. He listened to us and took the time to explain everything in terms we could understand. Jarad was respectful, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He showed up on time at both the initial assessment appointment and work appointment and was very patient with our frequent questions and interruptions. And, he fixed the leaks at a very reasonable rate. We were very happy with and lucky to have found Jarad and Reliable Plumbing.
