I've been several times to La Isla and have always had a good meal. There's a back room on the water side which is very casual and fun to watch the marine traffic.

This little Puerto Rican restaurant in Ballard has a great happy hour with $2 empandillas and drink specials (I recommend the mojito). The service wasn't the best I've had, but this place is definitely worth checking out!
