SSM Health Prescription Center in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, is a full-service pharmacy accepting prescription refill requests 24 hours a day. Refills may be picked up at any of our SSM Health Pharmacy locations or mailed to your home. Upon request, a call is made to you once your order is ready.
