Capitol Chophouse is a great value for lunch. by Jennifer B via Insider Pages on 9/17/2009 I've only been to the Capital Chophouse for lunch but the salads, soup, and sandwiches are great. All salads come with soup and all sandwiches come with salad and fries. The choices are wonderful. Also, they serve a warm cookie for dessert.

Chophouse Capitol by Marianne B via Insider Pages on 9/29/2007 This is a fine dining restaurant at the Hilton Hotel with mainly steak entrees, also some seafood. It is pricey, but the food and the service are very good.
