Alabama Strength

Alabama Strength is a strength training facility in Foley Alabama.We offer strongman training, powerlifting, olympic lifting, athlete perfromance as well as general fitness.We are a place for competitive athletes to train.We also offer personal training and small group training.Unlike commercial gyms, there is no need to worry about slamming weights, using chalk, or being loud. It is encouraged. We love strength sports and every gym here doesn't offer what we do. The commercial gyms here are not allowing chalk, loud music, dropping weights, etc. WE DO!This gym isn't going to be for everyone, and we like it like that. If you're serious about training, whether its powerlifting, crossfit, bodybuilding, strongman, weightlifting this is the gym for you. If those things MATTER to you, come train with us and be apart of this family. We are not the cheapest gym in town and we don't have much for cardio equipment (we do have a prowler, jump ropes and heavy stuff to carry). If there's a piece of equipment you need, let us know and we will do what we can to get it. You don't need to be an expert, you just need the desire to be better.
