Tile - Installation by dgasdga on 3/15/2021 Words cannot express the frustration and overall feeling of regret that I have in selecting Banibal adde llc to replace the tile on my shower floor on 2/8/2021.Bano, the owner of Banibal adde llc, provided an initial quote of $1500. I advised that I also wanted to extend the benches in my shower. Bano increased his quote to $2500. Although I knew the price was far above average, Bano stated that he had over 30 years of experience: and since I had spent over $17,000 for the initial remodel, I chose to go with quality over price in order to protect my overall investment. This was based on a presumption that proved to be false.Bano finished the initial job in 3 days. The workmanship was horrendous! Not only was the tile unevenly laid, but the slope was not done correctly which created a situation where the water did not drain properly. To fix the draining issue, Bano simply sawed cuts throughout the 60in linear shower drain. Not only did this damage the drain aesthetically, but it created a sensation of little needles attacking your feet when showering. Unconscionable.I communicated my concerns to Bano and Bano agreed to redo the job with the request that I buy a different type of tile. I was to learn that either Bano did not have the correct tools or he did not have the correct knowledge to properly cut the tile I had purchased...and please make note, the tile I purchased was rated by the manufacturer as appropriate for the task AND there are many consumers who have used this tile for the same purpose for which I was using it and have even posted pictures of the perfect work completed by their contractors using the tile purchased.The second attempt was just as bad as the first!I cannot describe the pain, the anger, the frustration and the disappointment I experience every time I look at my once beautiful shower. The only changes I wanted were to switch the type of tile I had on the floor and to extend the benches. Now, all the tile on the shower floor is even; there are gaps where the benches meet the floor tile (meaning the tile does not flush against the benches); the shower drain is destroyed; and other misc. defects are visual throughout the shower. I wish I could include pictures in this review to visually communicate the catastrophe that is now called my shower because words cannot adequately express the damage that Banibal adde llc has inflicted on my shower.And to add insult to injury, I purchased the tile for both attempts!
