Serenity Palliative Care

Serenity Palliative Care treats patients struggling with chronic complex medical conditions who may benefit from supportive care services. Our goal is to improve your quality of life so you can retain your dignity throughout your illness. We are a licensed palliative program in Maricopa County. Our goal is to help support those in need with a chronic or serious illness. We are here to support you through the changes that serious illness can bring. It is a lifestyle change and adjustment that does not have to be dealt with alone. Through the palliative care program, patients will receive symptom management, disease-specific education, goals of care discussions, and family/caregiver emotional support and assistance with navigation through community resources. We also offer 24-hour support when you need us. Palliative care (pronounced as pal-lee-uh-tiv) is for patients who suffer from chronic and difficult medical conditions. It is also for people who may do NOT have to forgo curative care. We focus on symptom management, support and coordination of care to best meet the indivdual needs of every patient. Our palliative care services comes to you wherever you call home, whether it is your home, a family member's home, or a residential care setting such as a nursing home, group home, opr assisted living facility. We provide care during regularly-scheduled business hours with 24-hour after-hours telephone support. If you are a patient with chronic, complex medical conditions, a patient needing assistance with symptom management, or a patient needing emotional and spiritual support, palliative care is available to help you.
