1. The missed appointment fee is severe; there is an $80 fee if you cannot reschedule within 48 hrs. I'm never late for anything, but this makes me too nervous to book an appointment in case a real emergency arises.

I don't like the person who cleaned my teeth. She does not do as good of a job as the person in the past. My gums hurt like hell the next day. I would rather go to a new dentist than have her again.
