The Red Bird Hot Chicken & Fries

We start out by using only 100% halal certificated chicken tenders and marinating them in our world-famous Red’s Chicken Rub. After that, our chicken gets a bath in our homemade breading and then hits the fryers for a swim in our all-natural oil. A final dusting of Red’s secret “Red Rub” is applied and these bomb fire eats are ready to serve. Each sandwich or tenders basket is always made to order – fresh, fast, and outrageously delicious. Guests can choose between six unique spice levels ranging from Mild to FKU CRA! Yes, it’s that crazy. Our sandwiches come on a 3” potato rolls and are served as twins. The standard build includes bun, chicken, pickle, and house-made cilantro slaw topped with Red’s Famous Big Bird Sauce.
