Horrific customer service. Installation was supposed to take 1 day ended up being a 3 week job. Installers delivered carpet with 3 soil spots carpet not attached to wall in one spot and workers did not clean up afterwards, leaving carpet debris everywhere including in driveway. (Lied saying they did not have a vacuum cleaner). Insulted our intelligence by wanting to clean spots on new carpet. Had to make numerous calls to get installers back out. Once told installers were up in the mountains. Company sent out 3-piece replacement carpet to replace 2-piece original, further delaying job to 3rd week. Meanwhile, furniture strewn all over house. One star is for Shaw Carpet, Floors Plus not recommended.
