The service they provide is extremely great. The staff working for them are very knowledgeable and knows how to communicate well with clients like me. More importantly, the price for their work is fair so it fits well with my budget.

Had a flat tire at home, couldn't get lug nuts off with Honda car wrench, so Napa Tire loaned me a pipe to get better leverage, I then put on donut and came in to fix tire. Fellow showed me tire was ruined tom driving on it flat, so made a good deal on new tire. Thanks to everyone at Napa Tire. As Jay says, the best people!

Always exceed expectations, it is our go-to for our 4 vehicles. I can say that they have consistently provided the quality of service each and every client of theirs deserves. This is worthy of a recommendation and very high rating.

I called Jay in the am. My battery had been stolen and most of the connections were damaged in the theft. I had a friend let me borrow a battery and get me there. Jay remembered me as a customer and also knew the make and model of my car. I told him of my predicament and without hesitation told me to bring my car in that afternoon. I did, the repairs were done in no time. He picked me up at my home and went back to the shop a satisfied customer!! I have been going to them quite a few years now. I recommend them without hesitation.

Jay, Jay, and every person that is Napa Tire go all the way and sometimes beyond,as with my case, in gaining their success in customer service and satisfaction in real terms, real time, every time. It has been easily fifteen years that Napa Tire has been my Shop, if not more.They have seen me in the good times I had and helped see me through the tough times with unwavering loyalty in tangible terms without fail. This has been so with all my vehicles and Napa Tire over the years. Jay's business philosophy and practice are in tune with your needs and is reflected in that Napa Tire, to the best of my knowledge, is one of two AAA accredited shops in Napa, and are one of the accepted shops with the 'Season of Sharing' non-profit Bay Area charity by the San Fransisco Chronicle.I am most impressed with how Napa Tire will let you know if they see or notice anything with your vehicle they would be concerned with as a courtesy perk for their customers. They got me for good on my first visit with that service. I consider them my friends who work on my car, and those I send their way, because I trust Napa Tire to treat them as if it were me standing there. Thank you all @ Napa Tire always.

As always, Napa Tire is the Best !!! Did oil change and checked a tire that was low and and replaced a light that had burned out. I like that they always check the overall performance of the car and look at things that are maybe going to need replacing in the future. They are all very knowledgeable, professional, and so nice! I would recommend to everyone! We have been happy customers for 25 plus years! Also very reasonable prices!

We were so impressed with the service, care and quality work that Napa Tire provided when our VW Jetta needed a new air conditioning system. Jay had to take the front end apart to do the work, and he showed us pictures of the different steps it took to do the job right. The staff are honest, delivered the car back to us on time as promised, and the air conditioner works perfectly now. We are very happy to have an excellent repair shop in Napa!

I can't describe the amazing customer service at Napa Tire. It's genuine, never rushed or impatient. The staff and techs are amazing. They do a great job and always willing to make time to try to fit in a last minute vehicle maintenance issue. But the greatest thing about Napa Tire, is once you become a customer, you will be one for life, They are that good! Thanks Napa Tire team. I don't know what I'd do without you guys. You are the best in town!

Very honest and efficient and on time service. We went in expecting a brake job and got a call from Jake who informed us that we DID NOT need new brakes. He said that we had at least 2 years left on our brakes and suggested that we get the brake fluid replaced.

I had a slow leak in one of the tires. The tech found a large staple and repaired the tire. also, gave me a quote for new tires. (which I will need before winter) no pressure to buy tires, just a concern for my safety. Friendly and professional service.
