Being an offroad enthusiast myself and trying different rental companies in the inland empire I would have to recomend Silva Rentals, they're actually in corona so not too bad from riverside

Not too many things they have are extraordinary, however some of the jet skis and atv's they have on the higher end are a bit expensive, but worth the money for the speed!!
