noisy-so so food-less than good service by jordan e via Insider Pages on 5/12/2011
I had heard a lot of good things about this place but I was let down. THe food was just average and the service less than average. I did not realize how noisy it would be. That probably was naive on my part but I will not be back

This cartoon jungle is a child's wonderland, with waterfalls, swinging monkeys and a canopy of faux flora and fauna. by Contributor via Citysearch on 6/21/2008
In Short
While waiting for a table, hungry diners prowl the retail village, where cash-register ka-chings compete with chirping birds, roaring lions and chest-thumping gorillas. When the lights start to flicker, never…
Surprisingly good food by cyrinthia22 via Citysearch on 9/17/2007
You wouldn't think that a restaurant aimed for kids would have pretty good food, but it does, surprisingly. The menu is comprised of American-fare, but it's all made pretty well. The coconut shrimp appetizer thingy was really good,…

It was a pleasant place to eat ... by Brenda L via Insider Pages on 6/7/2005
but the food didn't live up to the decor. It was OK, but not "interesting." The decor was a great idea (even better, of course, when with the whole thing that used to be next door), but kinda fell flat, too. Neither lived up to my…
Interesting and Different by Shawna M via Insider Pages on 3/25/2005
This is a very unique restaurant with all the animals that move and make noises every so often and the tropical thunderstorms inside. The only negative is that even for lunch the line is usually very long. The wait on the weekends is…
Jungle rumble by buzzsaw via Citysearch on 2/7/2004
The gimmick and the theme-park ambience is what is the King of the Jungle here, tiger, gorilla, palm fronds and intermittent thunder storms riding in the regal tropical train of its robe. One waits to get in, even if one is dressed up…
Gorillas in the Mist by redpopcrush via Citysearch on 6/27/2002
This place is great for the Kiddies...the food was tasty, but you can't really screw up a grilled chicken sandwich. The Appetizer came out after the entrees, which can ruffle a few feathers; however, they were apologetic in making us…
