While I have been to Orange Circle many times, I guess I never made an effort to have some authentic Cuban food at Felix until recently. We stopped by on a weekend, back when outdoor dining was still available. We ended up ordering a couple of empanadas and the chicken & rice dish. The portions are big enough to satisfy two adults. There’s a lot of flavor and spice in the rice dish and we also enjoyed the empanadas. They also fill you up with free bread and butter, as well as a free dessert at the end. I would definitely come back here again to try another dish.

I'm a vegetarian and ordered a dish without the meat. The waitress (an overweight hispanic/Cuban lady in her late 50's) told me I was cheap. Now that's what I call customer service. Will never go back.
