Yes it's a Guitar Center so their product and inventory is great. But I think it's common with GC's that customer service is pretty poor. They are not very helpful but since they have great stuff it seems they can get away with it.

This is a relatively new store in this area. It's nice to have one closer to home. I like to come and browse every so often. The staff is always courteous and let you play around on their equipment. It's about as good as guitar center gets.
