David Diaz Attorney at Law

Mr. Diaz has been a lawyer with the firm since December 2010. In January 2024 Attorney Diaz started his own separate firm . He is taking on cases at his new firm as well as will continue to be associated with the Law Office of Robert Bruce Arnold ( ARNOLD LAW FIRM )on an Of Counsel basis. David is a graduate of Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyer College.As a lawyer working with our firm, Mr. Diaz has handled insurance bad faith cases, product liability cases, auto and trucking accident cases, dog bite cases, and premise liability cases. He will continue to take similar cases at his new firm and will work with the ARNOLD LAW FIRM on a limited basis as Of Counsel.
