Locals frequent this corner cafe. On sunny days, the sidewalk tables are snatched up by people (many with dogs in tow) reading the paper and drinking all manner of coffee beverages or freshly-squeezed lemonade. It's an easy spot to pick up… Read Full Editorial
My Review by robertw1329387537 via Citysearch on 7/30/2016
Dolores Park Cafe is my favorite place in town. The hot chicken sandwich is amazing and super fresh.Fresh Mozzarella sandwich was pretty bland and the Cafe Latte was warm. It's a good place to hang out with your friend!!
Great Buzz, Location, Brunch Food by Epicuring via Citysearch on 5/21/2012
A great Latino inspired spot for brunch and coffee, indoors and out on San Francisco's foodiest street.
Awesome sunny day cafe. Great Happy Hour & sandwiches by Mackie via Gayot on 7/19/2011
My favorite place on a warm sunny day and no wind. They have an outdoor patio, wicked cheap happy hours drafts for 3 bucks. I had a satisfyin sandwich with turkey, bacon, avocado and some kind of spicy tequila chocolate bar.
Always a fun time! by Lowell R via Insider Pages on 2/17/2011
This is a great place to go! When I visit my old friend from college we usually make a stop here. Friday nights they have music so we try to get out either on a Friday to hear the music or another time to eat. Lunch is good but I love…
Favorite Cafe in Mission by MMmikel via Citysearch on 1/6/2011
This is my favorite mission cafe. The hot chicken sandwich is amazing and super fresh. Fresh being the key word! Great mochas and amazing smoothies. I've so much on the menu but these are some of my fave. Fun staff sometimes! Owner always…

Dolores Park Cafe is great! by Andi B via Insider Pages on 12/7/2009
as a last minute, last ditch effort, i called-in an order to this restaurant for a bacon and eggs.
i've been sorely disappointed by another restaurant nearby, so i picked-up my food and went home.
i got the food to go because service at…
Great location -- decent cafe food by Claire B via Insider Pages on 4/11/2009
Decent cafe fare, sandwiches and salads and the like. The best part about it though is the location. It's on the corner right near the park, so it's convenient to stop in for a coffee or for a bite to eat. Good place to see and be seen too!

Very San Francisco by Tracy G via Insider Pages on 2/21/2008
I love Dolores Park Cafe. Located across the street from the park, this tiny cafe serves up excellent food, coffee and smoothies. The weekends are a great time to stop by, because although it is crowded -- the vibe is just what you'd…
Not Bad by markengwels via Citysearch on 2/12/2008
My wife loves this place but really I do not see the appeal. There are way better places to go that here. Always loud and not enough seating.
Pricey food, but atmosphere good. by eljim via Citysearch on 9/28/2006
I chose Dolores Park Cafe for a quick bite for lunch with a friend, and though the menu sounds simple and good, my Fresh Mozzarella sandwich was pretty bland and the Cafe Latte was warm. It's a good place to hang out and people watch, but…
Neighborhood Cafe in Mission by redlamp32 via Citysearch on 1/25/2006
There's so many great things about the Mission, but having simple, cool neighborhood cafes is not one of them. But, Dolores Park Cafe is the salve to this ache. If you're looking for good, basic sandwich and salad fare, done with just…
NOT Faboo, for many reasons by leslieontherun via Citysearch on 12/9/2005
I just have to respond to the review titled "Faboo." The reviewer mentions the personable owner and the dogs. Actually, the owner allows her own dog in the cafe but insists that everyone else's dogs remain tied up outside. And, the…
Expensive/no service, but still great by ludi via Citysearch on 11/2/2005
Maybe I'm a sucker for a good sandwich, but I love Dolores Park Cafe (for the food). I would go there a lot more often if I could sit down and be served my meal as opposed to standing in line to order it and then waiting to be called to…

Delicious healthy organic and affordable by judea via Citysearch on 6/1/2005
Stopping in to Dolores Park Cafe for my soy chai is a ritual I look forward to everyday. They make their own chai daily which is amazing since most cafe's buy it by the gallon jug. Their food is fresh and delicious and a good value…
I want to love my neighborhood coffee shop.... by maryz415 via Citysearch on 3/26/2005
It's location is supreme- people and dog watching doesn't get any better than on the corner of Dolores and 18th. However, the people who work there are consistently aggrevating in a "cooler-than-thou" sort of way and the food is…
