I provide 50- or 90-minute sessions for Individuals, Couples, or Families. Evening & weekend appointments are now available by request!

I offer a free 15-minute phone or online consultation to ensure we are a good fit.

I am also available for online counseling via Skype, FaceTime, or Google Hangouts. Please let me know if you prefer this option in advance.

I realize that no two people are the same, and as such, I tailor my approach to meet the specific needs of my clients. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression or  other issues, I will help you recognize underlying problems, fully realize your strengths and adjust certain behaviors and thoughts to see things in a more positive way.

My practice specializes in treating individuals, couples and families. I have years of experience in helping couples and families find each other’s “noble intentions” and learn how to communicate compassionately. I help couples release resentment and restore trust using a blend of strengths based counseling, and The Gottman Method – one of the most well researched and most effective approaches to couples counseling, as well as Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT).
