Definitely a great location in a residential neighborhood right across the street from Naropa University. You can walk to Pearl Street or CU Campus f

Great location right on boulder creek, but that's about all it has going for it.

Not my first choice and not terribly recommended the staff was not very inviting or polite. We had to ask for all the basic stuff like soap and we only had 1 towel. The food there was terrible and we will personally never go back.
