We are a small, women-owned therapy practice in Boulder, Colorado. We treat people for trauma: complex trauma, attachment trauma, childhood trauma, developmental trauma, relational trauma. Our therapists are grounded in mindfulness, attachment theory, self-compassion, and are informed by neurobiology, somatic interventions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
