Pete's University Park Cafe is a very nice place to eat. The service can be somewhat slow but the food is good but not amazing. It is a fun local restaurant for a family or a friend get together.

Pete's University Park Cafe is a staple of this great old DU neighborhood. Breakfasts and lunches are the best. The trick is to walk if you live close enough...then you can walk off your full tummy afterwards.

This DU neighborhood place has a good breakfast at a reasonable price. Parking can be a problem if it is crowded which it often is for breakfast on the week-ends. Service is fast but not very friendly.
