La Cave Wine Bar & Boutique

La Cave Wine Bar & Boutique provides New American Cuisine in a freshly remodeled space. Fresh local ingredients and classic American dishes, with International flavors, flair, herbs and spices. sushi grade fish, USDA prime cuts of beef, lamb, chicken, pork, and several vegetarian options as well. Their wine selections are global, comprehensive and very carefully chosen. They have their Social Hour (which is daily from 4pm - 6pm). They hold Wine Tastings in our PDR each 1st Wednesday of the month, and our 4 course Wine Dinners, the last Friday of each month, with each month featuring a different wine region. They are hotel restaurant, located within the Sheraton Denver West and provides Room Service to the hotel, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, 7 days a week.
