Our History Johnson and Associates, CPAs, PC was formed in September of 1999 by Russ Johnson, Dennis Schadegg, and Mickey Dubs who had each worked for McGladrey and Pullen, an international accounting firm, since 1986. In 2009, Carol Keil was admitted as an owner. Although Russ passed away in September of 2012, the three owners Dennis, Mickey, and Carol remain committed to the Firm's mission: we focus on hiring and retaining dedicated professionals who make it their business to know your business so we can provide high quality, timely service at a reasonable price.<br><br>Our Strengths Although we are a small-town practice, we serve a base of clients from coast to coast and from border to border. Although you may be located across the country, we take pride in our ability to provide you with service as if you were just down the street from us.<br><br>The firm performs a wide range of accounting services to a variety of business sizes, primarily those which are owner-managed. A partial listing of industries served includes agriculture, construction contractors, retail stores, manufacturers, and non-profit organizations. In addition, we serve sole proprietors, individuals, trusts and estates.
