Don't use this contractor!!! by jotitus2 on 11/5/2022 Mr Madeiras, the owner and installer, has completely destroyed my floor. He was hired to install LVP in the downstairs of my home. He left nails sticking up in the kitchen and bowing planks throughout that are now coming apart. When I contacted him to fix the mess he made, he told me to leave him alone. He did no subfloor preparation which left the floor uneven with trash sticking through and his installation job is absolutely horrible. Save yourself lots of headaches and expense- don't use this contractor.
