Highland Yoga is an Atlanta-based studio with locations in Virginia Highlands, Memorial Drive, Buckhead, Decatur, and Westside.
Our classes are powerful and unique, combining vigorous flow, creative sequencing, and mindfulness practices - all with a focus on true breath-to-movement style vinyasa.

Our yoga will teach you to live bigger and breathe deeper. We believe that good things come to those who sweat, which is why our studios are heated to 93 degrees.
