Had a part I tried to install on my car by myself and could not complete the job. Went to Pep Boys with the part and they said I was at the back of the line and they would probably get to it the next day (Sunday).
I walked home and by the time I get home they call and say it is ready to pick up. Turns out the other cars ahead of me were waiting on parts but since I had brought my own part in with the car they got me in and out.
Very happy with that even though I had to walk home.
This location used to have a full store but now it is just a service location.
