I am very pleased with the service, I was having issues with my Acadia denali and my regular GMC dealership couldn't get me in for a week. My son told me to call Kunes, they got my vehicle in right away fixed and serviced my vehicle. I was going to wait , but Gus said it was going to take awhile and offered me a loaner so I could run errands. I can't say enough positive things about my experience, pretty sure I have found a new dealership. Thank you, Debbie

James was not pushy at all and very patient when we didn't agree with the numbers. Everyone was very courteous and friendly. Kunes prices on brand new vehicles beat my local dealership by 5 thousand or more. Only thing is I wish they would have explained the features of the vehicle to me.

I went into Kunes to see if I could get a car I’m 18 0 credit only a month of job history.i wasent hopping for much if I could even get anything,that’s when Kyle showed up and showed me around and discussed with me payment options. TURNS OUT Kyle was able to get me a 2020 Chevy impala with only 50k miles on it for as little as 1k down and 300 every 2 weeks. I recommend everybody comes here to get there cars, Kyle was the best at showing me the car and showing me every detail even walking me through and giving me step by steps on things I need to do.and what dealership has given you a ride home when you had none

Kyle Condon was amazing to work with very attentive quick to answer any of my question and helped me out with the entire process. However his coworkers were rude and were not truthful with numbers on my trade trying to make it sound better than it was not telling me the actual number and trying to get my car for way less than its worth. I pointed out how I was lied to by Kyles coworker and Kyle argued for me and got me a trade in value that I was willing to make a deal with. If it wasn't for how well Kyle attended to me I was going to walk away for being lied to and them trying to low ball me on a trade in. Highly recommend working with Kyle Condon the other associates I wouldn't trust them farther then I could throw them.
